Delete Your Data

Effective [DD MONTH YYYY]

You can delete your PandaQueue data yourself at any time. There are two levels: removing a single connected social account, or deleting your whole account.

Disconnect one social account

This deletes the access token, refresh token and stored profile details for that channel. We immediately lose the ability to publish to it.

• Sign in to app.pandaqueue.com.
• Open the launches page, where your connected channels are listed.
• Open the menu on the channel you want to remove and choose to delete it.

Delete your entire account

This removes your account record, every connected channel credential, all scheduled and published post records, and all uploaded media.

• Sign in to app.pandaqueue.com.
• Go to Settings.
• Choose to delete your account and confirm. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Revoke access from the platform

You can also cut off our access from the platform's own settings, which works even without signing in to PandaQueue:

• Facebook and Instagram — Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove the app.
• Threads — Settings → Account → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
• TikTok — Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions.
• LinkedIn — Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Other applications → Permitted services.

Revoking there stops us publishing immediately, but does not by itself erase data already stored with us. Use one of the steps above for that.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@pandaqueue.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days, then confirm to you in writing. Residual copies in encrypted backups are cycled out within a further 30 days.
