Privacy Policy

PandaQueue is a social media publishing tool operated by [COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME] ([REGISTERED_BUSINESS_ADDRESS]). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you remove it. It covers pandaqueue.com, app.pandaqueue.com, and the social platform integrations offered through them.
Account information
When you create an account we store your email address, your display name, and an optional profile picture. If you sign in through a third party provider we receive the same fields from that provider.
Data we receive from connected social platforms
You connect a social account by authorising it directly with the platform through its own OAuth screen. We never ask for, see, or store your social platform password. Once connected we store:
- The OAuth access token and, where the platform issues one, the refresh token. These are what let us publish on your behalf.
- The account identifier, username or profile name, and profile picture URL, so you can tell your connected channels apart.
- For Facebook and Instagram, the list of Pages and Instagram Business accounts you administer, so you can choose where to publish.
- Engagement and reach metrics for content published through the service, so we can show you analytics for your own posts.
- Comments on content published through the service, where you have enabled comment management.
We request only the permissions needed to operate these features. We do not scrape platforms, we do not buy or sell platform data, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.
Content you create
We store the posts you compose, any media you upload, your scheduling times, and the resulting publication status and platform post links.
How we use it
- To publish and schedule the content you ask us to publish.
- To show you analytics for content published through the service.
- To operate your account, including billing where applicable.
- To keep the service secure, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse.
We do not use platform data for advertising, and we do not sell it. We do not use your content to train machine learning models.
Sharing
We share data only with the social platform you asked us to publish to, and with infrastructure providers acting on our instructions (hosting, storage and, where enabled, payment processing). Where you have enabled an optional AI feature, the text you submit to that feature is sent to the corresponding model provider to generate a response. We may disclose data where we are legally required to.
Retention and security
Access tokens and content are retained for as long as your account is active. Disconnecting a channel deletes its tokens and stored profile data. Deleting your account removes your account record, connected channel credentials, posts and uploaded media. Backups are cycled out within 30 days. Data is transmitted over TLS and access is restricted to personnel who need it to run the service.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Deletion is self-service — see Delete your data — or write to privacy@pandaqueue.com and we will act within 30 days. Revoking our access from within the social platform's own settings also immediately ends our ability to act on that account.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
